Charm Jewelry Disclaimer
- Each jewelry piece is assembled by hand, by trained professionals.
- We carefully replace each jumping instead of using the ones that come with the charms to ensure quality (constructed with strong stainless steel, sterling or 14K gold filled rings).
- The rings we use are very strong, but they are not soldered on. Just like any charm jewelry they can be pilled snagged or fall off with wear.
- We make no guarantees about the longevity of the charms. Plated charms are not meant to be work regularly without showing signs of wear. All charms do not last the same amount of time. All charms are not designed to get wet. If you have a charm which has started to show signs of wear, the great thing is, they can be easily switched out for a fresh one or a new design.
- If you experience a quality issue with your chain or clasp within 30 days, bring it in or contact us and we will repair the piece for no charge.
- If you loose you jewelry we do NOT cover a replacement. Loosing our jewelry is not different than losing any jewelry that you own. Loosing jewelry is very sad and if you’re kind about it, we may even work with you on a discounted replacement, but replacing lost jewelry is absolutely not our responsibility.
- If you encounter an issue with your piece/s, please reach out, we are humans and we are here to help, but if you post about it online before contacting us for resolution, you will find your options very limited.
