Returns and Store Policies

Returns and Exchange policy:

We want you to be pleased with your selections and will gladly accept exchanges  under the following conditions:

No cash refunds. No credit card refunds. A store credit will be issued for all returns. 

All exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase date, with original sales receipt.

No returns or exchanges on any types of spools that are not packaged. (Soft flex, cord, hemp, elastic, etc.)

All pre-packaged goods must be unopened.

All strands must be fully intact and have the correct number of beads, in a resell-able condition.

No returns or exchanges on Delica's.

No exchanges or returns on custom cut merchandise. (Chain, leather, ribbon, etc.)

All products must be in their original state and in sellable condition.

If exchange is made for lesser value, a store credit will be issued.

All returns subject to a 10% -20% restocking fee, depending on the item.

Returns are subject to the employees discretion and can be refused for any reason.

Store shopping policy:

The Bead Shop welcomes EVERYBODY and looks forward to giving you a positive shopping experience full of beautiful beads. If you bring in joy, we will match it with joy!

If for any reason during your time here, you are not adhering to our shopping policy, you will be asked to leave due to that behavior and you will not be able to return.

Our shopping policy:

- You must keep your store merchandise visible and in a shopping basket or bead board at all times.

- You must keep ACCURATE track of your price and quantity while shopping, as you are choosing the merchandise.

- Individual merchandise must be placed in our ZIPLOC bags with the accurate price written on the outside.

- You must act with kindness and respect towards our staff.

Our policy is not limited to this list, therefore any other behavior we deem disturbing, inappropriate or generally not contributing to our positive, happy, peaceful store environment is subject to refusal of service.

Racism and/or prejudice is not tolerated under any circumstances at The Bead Shop. Sadly we have much experience with this issue and we will ask you to leave immediately. 

This shopping policy is posted clearly on the outside of the business as well as inside. Your entry is under the assumption that you understand this posted policy.

Please be advised that the entire business has video and voice surveillance inside and outside. Surveillance is monitored 24/7.
